What is the MUTEK Forum?
MUTEK Forum is the professional component of the MUTEK Festival, dedicated to digital creativity experts. This year MUTEK Forum is back in person because we can't wait to see you!
It will take place from Tuesday, August 23, 2022 to Friday, August 26, 2022 at the Agora Hydro-Québec du Cœur des sciences of l'UQAM.
The full program of the Forum will be available towards mid-June.

What are the dates of the Forum
The Forum begins on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 11:00 am and ends on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
How does Swapcard work ?
For a 1st connection to the Swapcard platform, click on the access link that was provided to you in the automatic email sent by hello@swapcard.com.

How to get in touch with Forum participants
To contact other Forum participants, you must have a Pro or Discovery Passport. The platform works as a social network. Update your profile and send connection requests to participants.
How to access the list of exhibitors of the MUTEK Forum virtual market?
To find the exhibitors you are interested in, log in to Swapcard and click on Exhibitors. You can narrow your search with the filters: Filter A, Filter B, Filter C and Filter D. You can save the exhibitors in your personal list by adding them as favourites.
What if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password via the login page + link. Enter your email address, then click on Receive Magic Link. You will receive a password reset link to your email address.
What if I have a question about the virtual platform?
If you have any questions about the Swapcard platform, you can consult the guides available here. If you can't find the answer to your question, you can write to support@mutek.org with MUTEK Forum in the subject line. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

How to attend the conferences in person?
What is the configuration at the Heart of Science Agora?
For the conferences, seats will be set up in the Agora, no seats will be assigned. We will respect the sanitary norms in place during the event. Dispensers of hydroalcoholic gels are available in the building.

COVID-19-RELATED PRECAUTIONS:
MUTEK is committed to providing you with a safe environment. The hygiene, cleaning and disinfection measures of the venues of the events offered by MUTEK respect the measures recommended by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec.
- Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of our facilities
- Ensure that festival-goers respect hygiene measures:
- Wearing a mask or face cover at your discretion if you feel the need.
- Do not come to the event if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, extreme fatigue, sudden loss of smell) or if you think you have been in contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19.
- Upon arrival, the reception staff will ask you a few questions to validate your health status and will inform you of the valid measures to follow while attending the event.
- MUTEK Forum reserves the right to refuse access to the room to people who do not respect the health and safety instructions.
