Eliane Ellbogen is an intellectual property lawyer specializing in information technology. She is often called upon to speak on matters such as copyright, artificial intelligence and legal issues in the arts, and she regularly publishes articles on these topics. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ellbogen founded and directed Eastern Bloc, an internationally renowned digital art exhibition center. She continues to be actively involved in the arts community as a board member of various organizations.
